o Judges will also be in costume and in character when judging

o Judging starts when everyone arrives, judges will pick top 10-15 to be in the on stage competition out of everyone
Other Business
- No senate meeting this coming week
o Meet as usual on the 21st
o Possible Monday meeting on the 18th to work on masquerade stuff
- Have a senator or two involves in staff meetings? (Thursdays at 2pm)
- Have a blog to put up the agenda/meeting notes on instead of emailing them
- Make meeting next year be at a set time and have everyone commit to coming to meetings if they want to be an active part of senate
o Also have a list of people who are not active members but who are willing to help out at events if needed?
o If are already an accepted member of senate but have to take a semester off because of a class will not be considered a senate member for that semester but can be a part of senate again the next semester without having to apply again
